Tom joined Brigshaw High School in 2021 from Pontefract Academies Trust where he was the Subject Leader of Social Sciences, SMSC and Relationships and Sex Education. Tom leads on our Attendance, Safeguarding and Personal Development strategy. Tom studied at York St John University, where he achieved a first class honours degree in Theology and Religious Studies. Tom became a teacher as he believes every student deserves to receive quality first education in an environment where they feel safe and valued.
