Welcome to Brigshaw High School

It is with great pride that I welcome you to Brigshaw High School.

Our mission at Brigshaw High School is to provide a cradle to career education that allows our children to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity. Our shared ambition is underpinned by a commitment to our values of equality, integrity, respect and resilience. We aim for an aspirational culture built upon love, structure and high expectations for all.

Brigshaw High School is proud to be part of Brigshaw Learning Partnership (BLP) together with six primary schools across East Leeds. Being part of the BLP family enables effective relationships to be built with families, strengthens our practice and provides children in the local community with a coherent cradle to career education.

We are openly focused on the educational outcomes for all and firmly believe that placing the student at the centre of everything we do will ensure that those whom we teach leave with the best possible grades and go on to achieve wonderful things in life

Brigshaw High School has a reputation for commitment to students of all abilities and a renowned level of pastoral care. This is the result of a dedicated and highly effective team of staff ensuring that pupils have every opportunity to succeed in a huge variety of activities in and out of the classroom.

We hope this website gives you a flavour of the remarkable students and exceptional staff who help make Brigshaw High School such a special place to learn and develop.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like more information.
